Neither party cares about how to integrate with other, unless you talk to Newvoicemedia who although are partners with Salesforce (have the most integration experience and so shouldn't take long) charge $2300 Aud plus Gst per day and take the longest time to complete.&lt;br&gt;Great choice! nothing or rip-off....&lt;br&gt;I have tried to find compatibility, features and costs of the following&lt;br&gt;ringio&lt;br&gt;ring dna&lt;br&gt;ring central&lt;br&gt;kixie&lt;br&gt;velocify&lt;br&gt;newvoicemedia&lt;br&gt;etc&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;with &lt;br&gt;zoho&lt;br&gt;salesforce&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Very worrying when these companies specialize in communication and customer service as they take days to get back to me if at all.&lt;br&gt;They push their product on the argument that getting back to customers quickly is so important.
